I put this together to share with Betterdays Facebook friends and for those who couldn't make it.

This is a glimpse of the film I've been working on since last October about Tom Frost starting up a coffee shop.

Back in November I called up Tom and said Hey,Man there's a Dorito super bowl commercial contest and I was wondering if you would be my talent ? Tom being the sport he is said come on over, I'm at the coffee shop painting. I grabbed my camera and on the way over came up with a concept for the shoot. Well, that day old Tom decided to be uncooperative and just wasn't going to give me a performance. Because of this I knew I better capture this shit fast or he is going to bail out on me.
So BAM , I was like hey here's the idea; you slam your foot shutting the garage door and reach in to your ice box and use the frozen dorito's to soothe your aching foot.This was shot, edited and sent in to the contest in about 4 hours. Next contest I need to think about a little longer and come up with something a little better than this. School is in session so I'll be posting up more vids as I make them and hopefully start doing a more short films on bicycling.

Like Rock n Roll

One way to cure some mid winter boredom. 

The Enduro is back and after a few years off , divorces and a lot of drinking Tom Frost (pictured above) and I decided it was time to bring it back. We now have a legit space since Tom opened up his coffee chop Link to Betterday coffee shop. No more hiding out in parking lots and worrying about cops busting us.

White to Red

Took another drive down to White mesa but this time we added on Red mesa thanks to Lenny our guide.

Dominic ,down below,went back with a new tube and made sure Aaron didn't have to walk out the last 200 feet.What an angel.

Alone @ The Basin

Went south to Galisteo Basin for a trail ride this past weekend. The temps. were cold then add some wind to make it feel colder.

At least enough snow melted last week {a little} to let the trail dry out enough for a ride.

This rock is fun to ride.

Finally ordered my team jersey, it was the Fuck Off on the collar that convinced me . I think it suites my "racer" personality to the 'T'. I ordered a  women's size small so my gut will hang out from underneath the jersey, a real classy look.

Christmas ride

• Seeing that everyone was busy with exchanging presents and egg nog consumption, Matt and I decided to ride White Mesa. As we suspected the parking lot was empty and we had the whole place to ourselves for an hour before people started rolling in. The temps were {warm mid 50's} perfect and with all the moisture evaporating on the ground & sodium deposits in the soil it smelled like the ocean and my next vacation.

Most of the trails follow the ridge line which makes it a blast to ride.

My latest short

Filmed Issac at La Tierra on Saturday afternoon and then added  POV from my ride on Atalaya that I did the day before.  Found some dub-step that fit the sun lasers which made it fun to do the editing. Kind of reminds me of a movie from the '80's , Liquid Sky.

Glory eta in December

Nice ride up Glorieta Baldy and then descending apache canyon and eventually popping out on old Santa Fe trail via the Santa Fe secret trail. Unseasonable warmth has lingered through December in the region.
